Our construction supervisors are among the best in the
North and have worked small field compressor installs
to major plant projects. In addition to core inspection
skills, many supervisors have operations experience
and excel at retrofitting and optimizing field facilities.
Field supervisors also receive support from our Construction
Manager and engineering staff for troubleshooting, cost
estimating and logistics. To provide further assistance,
TPS has developed a custom reporting process that each
supervisor follows, ensuring reports are complete and
consistent. The process includes daily
progress reports, cost control spreadsheets, quality
control reports and a line-crossing package. |
